Ruchi Hubert Gunewardene(Chairman ) has just sold their total shareholdings to Softlogic!
As per statement made by Softlogic Holdings PLC the Chairman of Softlogic Ashok Pathirage, the founder of ODEL Otara Gunewardene and the directors Ajith and Ruchi Gunewardene sold out 44.5 percent of their company shares to Softlogic .
ODEL was founded by Otara Chandiramon Del Gunewardene on October 31, 1990 and is headquartered in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka.
