අරක්කු පානය කරනවිට අනුගමනය කළයුතු රීති



අරක්කු පානය ආරම්භ කරන විට
ඔබ පිරිසක් සමග අරක්කු පානය කරනවානම් අරක්කු පානය ආරම්භ කරන මොහොතේදී සව්දිය පිරීම (සිංහලෙන් කියනවානං චියර්ස්!!! (Cheers)) කළ පසු අරක්කු පානය නොකර ඔබේ වීදුරුව මේසය මත තැබීමෙන් වළකින්න. සෑමවිටම එවැනි අවස්ථාවකදී දෙතොළ තෙමාගැනීම හෝ සිදුකරන්න.

අරක්කු පානයට අතරමැදින් එක්වන විට
ඔබ අතරමැදින් අරක්කු පානය කරනා අවස්ථාවකට එක්වූයේනම් අරක්කු පානය කිරීමට පෙර අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම සව්දිය පුරන්න. එසේ කිරීමෙන් ඔබ වෙරිවෙන්නේ නැති හෝ ඔබ පානය කරන අරක්කු වෙන විශේෂ රසක් වීම සිදු නොවේ. නමුත් ඔබ ආචාරශීලී අයෙක් බවට අනෙක් අයට හැගේවි.

හැකි සෑම විටම අමිශ්‍ර අරක්කු පානය කරන්න
අරක්කුවලට කොකාකෝලා, පෙප්සි, ස්ප්‍රයිට් වැනි දෑ මිශ්‍ර කිරීමෙන් එහි ඇති ස්වභාවික රසය වෙනස් වේ. ඔබට අමිශ්‍ර අරක්කු පානය කිරීමට අපහසුමනම් අයිස් වතුර, අයිස් කැට හෝ සෝඩා වැනි දෙයක් සමග මිශ්‍ර කරන්න.

කිසිමවිටක ඔබේ වීදුරුව තනි නොකරන්න
ඔබ අරක්කු පානය කරනා විට ඔබට නොයෙක් වැඩ රාජකාරි මතකයට පැමිණීම ස්වභාවික සිද්ධියකි. දුරකතන ඇමතුම් ගැනීම, වැසිකිළියට යාමට අවශ්‍ය වීම මේ අතර ප්‍රධාන වේ. මේ සෑම විටකම ඔබ වාඩිවී සිටින ස්ථානයෙන් නැගිටිනවානම් ඔබේ අරක්කු වීදුරුවත් රැගෙන නැගිටින්න. කිසිදු විටක අරක්කු ඉතිරිකළ වීදුරුව මේසය මත තබා එම ස්ථානයෙන් පිට නොවන්න. මෙසේ කිරීම මගින් ඔබේ අරක්කු වීදුරුවට වෙනත් දේවල් කළවම් කිරීමට ඇති ඉඩ ඇහිරීම සිදුවේ.

ඔබේ වීදුරුව ඔබම පුරවාගන්න. අන් අයටත් එසේම සිදුකරන්න ඉඩ දෙන්න.
ඔබට ගැළපෙන අරක්කු ප්‍රමාණය දන්නේ ඔබ පමණි. එසේනම් ඔබේ අරක්කු වීදුරුව පුරවා ගත යුත්තේ ඔබ විසින්මය. ඔබ තවෙකෙකුගේ තත්වය දන්නේ නැත. එමනිසා අන් අයගේ වීදුරු පුරවාගැනීම ඔවුන්ටම භාර දෙන්න.

කටගැස්ම සහ මිශක භාවිතයේදී සැළකිළිමත්වන්න
අරක්කු සමග අවශ්‍ය වන ඊළග අංගයනම් කටගැස්මයි. මෙහිදී ඔබ සතුව ඇති අරක්කු ප්‍රමාණය සමග කටගැස්ම ප්‍රමාණයද කළමණාකරණය කරගැනීමේ වගකීම ඔබ සතුවේ. අරක්කු සමග මිශ්‍ර කරනා අනෙක් පාන වර්ගයන් (කොකාකෝලා, ස්ප්‍රයිට්) වැනි දේ සදහාද මෙය මෙසේම වේ.


කටගැස්ම පීරිසියේ ඇති කුඩාම කැබැල්ල සෑමවිටම තෝරාගන්න
බොහෝවිට මස්, මාළු, බිත්තර, තැම්බූ එළවළු, සමහර පළතුරු වර්ග, කඩල, චීස් යනාදිය කටගැස්ම සදහා භාවිත වේ. මේ කිසිම දෙයකින් බොහෝ විට එකම ප්‍රමාණයේ කෑළි කැපිය නොහැකිය. එමනිසා පීරිසියේ ඇති කුඩාම කැබැල්ල සෑමවිටම තෝරාගන්න. පීරිසියේ ඇත්තේ ප්‍රමාණයෙන් විශාල කැබලිනම් එම කැබලි දෙකට කඩාගැනීම සිදු කළ හැක.


ඔබ පානය කරන්නේ ලෝකයේ ඇති අන්තිම අරක්කු බෝතලය නොවේ
අරක්කු පානය කිරීම යනු තරගයක් නොවේ. තරගයට අරක්කු බීමෙන් වළකින්න. ඉක්මනින් අරක්කු පානය කිරීම එකකි. තරගයට පානය කිරීම තව එකකි. තරගයට අරක්කු පානය කිරීම සුදුසු නැත.


හැකිතාක් ජලය පානය කරන්න
අරක්කු පානය කරන අතරදීම ජලය පානය කරන්න. ශීතකළ ජලය පානය කිරීම සුදුසුය. මෙසේ කිරීමෙන් අරක්කු මගින් ශරීරයේ ඇති කරනා විජලනය පාලනය කිරීමට ඔබට හැකිවේ.

As per statement made by Softlogic Holdings PLC the Chairman of Softlogic Ashok Pathirage, the founder of ODEL Otara Gunewardene and the directors Ajith and Ruchi Gunewardene sold out 44.5 percent of their company shares to Softlogic .

ODEL was founded by Otara Chandiramon Del Gunewardene on October 31, 1990 and is headquartered in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka.

in July 2010, Odel became the first fashion retail business to be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange with an IPO of 16.7 million shares, an 11.52 per cent stake in its equity.

Obtaining Fine Receipts and Doing Payments

Step 1: The Driver breaks a traffic rule(s) Step 2: Police confiscates drivers driving license. Step 3: Police issue a spot fine statement Step 4: Driver goes to office and receives a fine payment form from the traffic division. Step 5: Driver goes to post office and pays fine for which he/she receives a receipt. Step 6: Driver goes to police station, shows receipt and police return driving license. Note 1: If driver didn’t pay the fine he/she will be submitted to court Note 2: If driver hasn’t driving license. Police issue another permit (police 405- Code of criminal Procedure Section 109(6) Act, No. 15 of 1979). Qualification Criteria Any driver who has been caught or reported breaking the traffic rules Submission procedure Case - Driver fined by Police Police Officer issues a spot fine statement / confiscate his/her driving license. Working Hours Police Station 24/7/365 days Post Office Monday to Friday 8.00 am. to 3.00 pm Saturday 8.00am to 1.30 pm Procedure to Acquire Driving License back At the Police Station Driver has to visit the Police station and receive a fine receipt from the Traffic Police Division. Note: The driver is supposed to bring the Spot Fine Permit in order to collect a fine receipt from the police station. At the Post Office Driver has to make the payment at the Post Office and collect a paid receipt to confirm payments made. Note: The spot fine permit is issued to the driver as a temporary license provided that the driver makes the payment within 14 days. If payment is not made the driver is directed to the Court. Handover Procedure Submit paid receipt to the respective Police Station (Traffic Division) and collect the Driving License Form Name : Spot fine Permit– Form issued by a police officer in lieu of driving license ( M.T.A 37 ) Fine Receipt – Fine in lieu of prosecution Application Forms There are no application forms to be filled in by the public but the Police Officer (Traffic Division ) issues the following receipts to the public. Form issued by a police officer in lieu of driving license. Note : If the driver doesn’t have a driving license at the time he is issued a fine statement the police issues him/her a Police 405 receipt ( DOP 405 ).
