Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) in Sri Lanka

Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) is not highly open in most phamacies in Sri Lanka, However the sales of over 30 Indian brands of Sildenafil-Citrate based drugs also used for erectile dysfunction have been found.

Here are some brands:

Caverta
Edegra
Integra
Penegra
Progra
Silagra
Enthusia
Manforce
etc..

Sildenafil Citrate originally came into the Sri Lankan market as a prescription drug.

This is so unlike the herbal and dietary supplements, which have to be taken over a long period of time like Rathu Loonu and Walpenela Kada.

Users expressed the view that none of these herbal drugs and dietary supplements can substitute the immediate `potency` of Sildenafil Citrate and Taladafil.

Taladafil is sold under the brand name Cialis.

There are six Indian brands of Taladafil among them Megafil, T-Fill, and Duron and cost about Rs.100 while the Lily Spain-made Taladafil Cialis costs Rs.1,300. Taladafil acts for up to 36 hours and is prescribed also for the elderly.

There are libido-driven drugs for females, they have not had any feedback about their efficacy.

This class of drugs also includes Cialis, Levitra, Staxyn, and Stendra. These medications work by improving blood flow to the penis during arousal and are taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. They should not be used more than once a day.

Cialis can be taken up to 36 hours before sexual activity and also comes in a lower, daily dose.

All require a doctor’s prescription for safety.

Note there are Indian or Pakistan  substitutes for viagra where you can buy from most phamacies in Sri Lanka at the price of Rs.50 to Rs.100 or more.
brands are available in India. It costs Rs.20 - 24 for 50mg.

Do not take these pills with out doctor's advice!!
